Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine would suggest that the Parliament on Tuesday, the twelve of May commences the Work concerning the Coordination of the Plenary Week Schedule. He announced it on Friday during the conversation with journalists.
The Leader of the Parliament has also declared that concerning the issues "of political colouring or regarding the human resources matters" the consultations should be held. According to the Chairman they might be held in Tuesday form 02.00 till 04.00 pm in order "not to disrupt the work of the Verkhovna Rada". V. Lytvyn stressed that during the next week the Verkhovna Rada should scrutinize over 100 issues that are of prime value.
Concerning the questions regarding the incident in Germany airport with the Minister on Internal Affairs of Ukraine, V. Lytvyn declared that "this theme would be hot" for the Parliament. "Still making certain conclusions or discuss the issue Parliament should only taking into consideration only official information", - he stressed.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada has also expressed the thought that the Program of the Government activity during the next plenary week would not been scrutinized. He deems that the Cabinet of Ministers should introduce budget suggestions concerning the implementation of funds that are presupposed for the extra incomings to the State Budget due o the adopted resolutions on the increase of excise duty for the tobacco goods etc. According to V. Lytvyn it should be approximately 3, 5 mlrd. UAH and those funds should be directed first of all in health protection sphere. "Consequently, the Budget should determine on which articles and programs those funds would be used", - he declared.
V. Lytvyn emphasized that the sequestration of the State Budget is inadmissible.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada has also expressed for the acceleration of the number of Bills scrutiny that touch upon the gambling sphere regulation.
V, Lytvyn reminded that 2 corresponding Bills are registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine one of which is to be scrutinized in the second reading. He mentioned that during the elaboration for the second reading more that 500 motions were introduced to the Bill. "It is obvious that such a Bill will not be adopted or if adopted then its principles will not be realized", - the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada declared.
V. Lytvyn would recommend that the Parliament scrutinizes the Bill introduced by the People´s Deputy, Grygoriy Smityukh (Party of Regions faction). According to him, the document "strictly determines the prohibition on the placement of the gambling machine in the cities, towns etc.", - V. Lytvyn mentioned. According to the Chairman "the results of the voting concerning this issue are worth publishing".
